At district contest today, both groups earned their spot with performances that reflected hours of preparation and commitment. 💛
The Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Summer Morgan, received straight 1s on stage and in sight-reading. An incredible accomplishment and a true testament to their focus and musicianship.
The Symphonic Band, led by Ashley House, earned ratings of 1, 1, 2 on stage, along with a 1 in sight-reading. A strong performance that secured their place at State.

She has a gift for sparking curiosity in her students, whether they are unlocking the mysteries of the Periodic Table or diving into hands-on opportunities through Science Olympiad, Girl Scouts, and LEGO Robotics.
She shares that one of her favorite parts of Clinton is the supportive atmosphere among both teachers and students, and she is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside them each day. 🌪️
Dr. Gwyn has been married for 20 years and is the proud mom of twin juniors. She credits her family for encouraging and supporting all of her science adventures over the years.

Jackson has been selected as one of the Top 100 public high school seniors in Oklahoma, chosen from hundreds of nominations statewide. That is an outstanding accomplishment and a testament to years of hard work.
To be considered for Academic All-State, students must meet one of these elite academic benchmarks:
⭐ Composite ACT score of 30 or higher
⭐ SAT score of 1370 or higher
⭐ National Merit Semifinalist
Each All-Stater receives a $1,500 merit based cash award, an honor cord, and a medallion. Students will be recognized at the 40th annual Academic Awards Celebration on May 2 at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City.
This recognition speaks to Jackson’s dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence both inside and outside the classroom.
